Mission
History Beginning in 2002, AMA Computer Learning Center student Ulysses Nemeno built a home page called “Drownstar” – the
page was designed for Web Services with the ambition to provide solutions
worldwide. By 2006 he formalized and acquired Business Licenses and has named
its trade as Ulycomm Innovation Systems covering Davao City only due to fund
limitation. A year goes by; Ulycomm has been partnered with several
companies in the City. In 2007 Ulysses served Tomas Electrical Supply
Corporation as the company’s freelance computer technician and software
maintenance, on the same year Victor Lao the majority owner of TESC offered
him a partnership and UiS Internet Café was born. The partnership did not do
well as both parties have its own misunderstandings. Later, Jesemil Phillips,
owner of Philchord Holdings became the new partner and created Ulycomm Computer
Systems Corporation which by then launched Tryst Spot Café and had assigned
Arleen Nemeno (Wife of Ulysses) as the overall operation manager. In 2008
Philchord and UCSC separated with same as the above-mentioned reason. Though
struggling, Ulycomm Innovation Systems continues its course as a single
entity until became a Business Partner of one of the Telcos Giants in the
country Globe Telecom in 2010. Since then, Ulycomm has grown by leaps and bounds –
moulded by struggles and experiences. From offering house to house computer
repair Ulycomm now offer several services and with numerous online
applications such as Internet Radio, Portals, Search Engine etc. |
